K.LAWRENCE Haircare is an Australian haircare and beauty brand based in South Australia.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

5. ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

K.LAWRENCE Haircare is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer, except to the extent required by law.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent.
8. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Due to the personal-use nature of our haircare, skincare and cosmetic products, as well as hygiene, contamination and product-storage considerations, K.LAWRENCE Haircare does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the incorrect product, no longer wants the product or does not personally prefer the product.
This change-of-mind policy does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact K.LAWRENCE Haircare as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details along with photographs or other information that may assist us in assessing the issue.
We may request reasonable evidence of the problem and may need to assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. PRODUCT STORAGE AND CUSTOMER HANDLING
Haircare, skincare and cosmetic products should be stored appropriately and according to any instructions provided.
Products should generally be kept away from excessive heat, direct sunlight, moisture or other unsuitable storage conditions.
K.LAWRENCE Haircare is not responsible for deterioration, contamination or damage caused after delivery by inappropriate storage, misuse, tampering, modification or failure to follow product directions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes, discounts, competitions and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only one promotional code may be used per order;
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively; and
- promotions may be changed or withdrawn where reasonably necessary.
Any specific promotion conditions provided at the time of the promotion will also apply.
